I’m a Wife.
I’m a Mimi.
I’m a Girl.
I am a face of Recurrent Respiratory Papilloma, a Southerner by birth with a deep love for the Florida Panhandle. Politically, I lean left of center.
Mom to two amazing kiddos-Daughter who is a college graduate, married and has three children ages 8, 6, 5 Son, who is a DMA student and classical percussion major and is the best son in the entire world. No, really, he is. Married to a man who thinks I am awesome-ya’ll please don’t tell him that I am not! He’s believed it for thirty years…surely I can keep it going for thirty more!
I lost my Mom five years ago to metastatic cancer….still not used to being a daughter on earth without her Mom, AKA-biggest cheerleader.
As long as I am able to go to Starbucks and Chick-Fil-A….life is good.
Advocate for Recurrent Respiratory Papilloma (@rrpforg). Currently located in Atlanta, where I have the best volunteer role in the world-advocating for the end of RRP, a cure for pulmonary metastasis of RRP, and representing the RRPF as we attend conferences to gain a larger social footprint, pharma relationships and a cure.
